- Residential - suitable for home users and small home offices that require essential IT support and baseline security. It includes support for 1 to 3 devices and 1 to 2 users, with up to 4 support tickets per month. Users can expect a response time within 2 hours during business hours, along with Tier-1 helpdesk support and basic antivirus protection.
- Residential Plus - designed for executive residential users and micro-offices that require extended support and ongoing system maintenance. It covers 1 to 10 devices and up to 5 users, with up to 20 support tickets per month. The plan includes Tier-1 helpdesk support with toll-free access, after-hours support on a best-effort basis, and 8x5 network operations support. It also provides antivirus and anti-malware protection, automated operating system patching, daily cloud backup, and basic cloud workspace setup.
- Enterprise Lite - intended for small to medium-sized businesses that require structured IT management and stronger security controls. It supports 1 to 100 devices and up to 50 users, with up to 40 support tickets per month. The plan includes Tier-1 and Tier-2 support with escalation, a dedicated account manager, and after-hours support availability. It also features advanced endpoint detection and response (EDR), operating system and application patching, cloud backup and recovery, and cloud resource and storage management. In addition, it provides 24x7 network monitoring, quarterly IT strategy and business reviews, CCIE-level consultation, and both onsite and remote support on a billable basis.
- Enterprise Plus - designed for mid-market and large enterprises that require full IT management, security operations, and strategic oversight. It supports 100 or more devices and over 50 users, with unlimited support tickets. The plan includes Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 support, a dedicated account manager, and 24/7/365 support coverage. It also provides managed SOC and MDR services, proactive zero-day operating system and application patching, instant failover backup and disaster recovery, and support for hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure. In addition, it includes a 24x7 network operations center, monthly or quarterly IT strategy reviews, vCIO services with CCIE-level consultation, onsite and remote support, and compliance auditing and reporting.
