Site Assessment and Requirements Gathering
Our certified field network engineer conducted a comprehensive technical site survey of the warehouse facility to evaluate the indoor and outdoor areas requiring Wi-Fi connectivity, including the Main Office, Middle Building and Garage. The assessment identified potential sources of wireless interference and physical obstructions that could weaken or block Wi-Fi signals.
Our engineer also evaluated expected user and device density, optimal access point locations, available power sources, existing network infrastructure, cable routing paths, building materials and physical installation conditions. These findings were used to develop the proposed Wi-Fi coverage and network deployment plan.
Wireless Network Design
Based on the result of the site survey and a detailed analysis of the customer’s requirements, our certified network engineers design P2MP wireless network that connects the Main Office, Middle Builing and Garage.
A predictive Wi-Fi heatmap was carried out to evaluate the proposed wireless network design and determine optimal WAP placement. The analysis modeled expected RF coverage across the property using multiple WAP locations and WiFi frequency bands, helping identify coverage areas, signal-strength variations and potential gaps before physical installation.

Based on the design, the following scope of work is identified for the wireless WiFi network expansion for the warehouse office facility:
1.Starlink Installation at the Main Office
๐นInstall a non-penetrating roof mount (sled) at the Main Office using 8 cinder blocks and EPDM protective matting..
๐นEstablish a clean, secure and protected cable route from the Starlink dish into the Main Office.
2. Wireless Bridge Installation
๐นInstall point-to-multipoint (P2MP) wireless bridge links to provide connectivity between the Main Office (master), Middle Building (slave), and Garage (slave).
๐นProperly align, configure, and test all wireless bridge equipment for reliable connectivity.
3. WiFi Access Point Installation
๐นInstall one (1) indoor wireless access point at the Middle Building, including two (2) network cable drops to designated locations.
๐นInstall three (3) outdoor wireless access points at the Garage, including four (4) network cable drops to designated locations.
๐นMount and weatherproof all outdoor equipment and cable entry points as required.
๐นConfigure and test all access points for appropriate coverage, connectivity and performance.
4. IT Cabinet and Network Equipment Installation
๐นInstall and secure one IT/network cabinet at each location: Main Office, Middle Building, and Garage.
๐นInstall and organize the required PoE switches, UPS units, and associated network equipment inside each cabinet.
๐นProperly mount, label, and organize network equipment, power connections and cabling for serviceability and future maintenance.
5. Testing and Commissioning
๐นPerform end-to-end connectivity testing across the Main Office, Middle Building, and Garage.
๐นTest Starlink connectivity, wireless bridge links, PoE connectivity, and all installed access points.
๐นVerify network performance and identify any installation-related issues requiring correction.
๐นComplete a final system inspection and document installation and test results.
๐นThe Client's IT team will be responsible for the final network configuration.
After reviewing the proposed network design and scope of work, the customer approved the installation plan to proceed. The required network equipment and installation materials were procured, and the installation schedule was coordinated with our certified Starlink and WiFi network installers in Chandler, AZ.
Installation and Delivery in Chandler, AZ
The installation will begin at the Main Office with the deployment of the Starlink Performance Gen 3 system. A non-penetrating roof mount, or sled, will be positioned at the designated installation area using eight cinder blocks and EPDM protective matting. The EPDM mat will provide protection between the mounting assembly and roof surface while the cinder blocks provide the required stability.

The Starlink cable will then be routed from the dish into the Main Office through a clean, secure and protected cable pathway. Inside the Main Office, the MDF was installed housing the Starlink Performance Advanced Power Supply, router/gateway, UPS and 8-port PoE switch.

The Main Office will function as the P2MP Master location, while the Middle Building and Garage will function as the P2MP Slave locations.

At the Middle Building, the P2MP Slave 1 unit will receive the wireless connection from the Main Office Master. The wireless bridge will connect to the local network equipment through the designated PoE infrastructure and UPS. At the Garage, the P2MP Slave 2 unit will establish the wireless connection back to the Main Office Master.

An 8-port PoE switch and UPS were installed inside the Garage IT cabinet to provide local network distribution and power to the connected devices.

One outdoor wireless access point was installed at optimal location in the Middle Building based on the predictive Wi-Fi coverage plan. Two network cable drops will be installed and routed to their designated locations. The cables will be properly secured, terminated, labeled and tested. The wireless access point was connected to the local network and tested for connectivity and wireless performance.
\
Three outdoor wireless access points was installed at optimal location in the designated Garage locations according to the predictive WiFi coverage design. Four network cable drops will be routed to the specified locations, properly secured, terminated, labeled and tested. Each wireless access points were connected to the local PoE switch and individually tested for connectivity, signal quality and performance.
Post-Installation Testing and Validation
A complete end-to-end test will be performed after all equipment has been installed. Testing will verify the connectivity path from the Starlink system at the Main Office through the P2MP wireless links to the Middle Building and Garage, and from the remote network equipment to the installed Wi-Fi access points.

Any installation-related issues identified during testing will be documented and addressed within the approved scope of work. Upon completion of installation and testing, the installation team will document the installed equipment, network topology, cable drops, wireless links, AP locations, Starlink test results, wireless bridge test results and Wi-Fi coverage observations.
Note: Starlink may require up to 12 hours to fully optimize its connection. During this initial period, temporary speed fluctuations or brief dropouts may occur. However, once the system stabilizes, it delivers a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
