An initial offsite assessment was performed to collect the customer requirement for the installation. Due to complexity of the site conditions, a site survey is carried out to:

🔹Confirm the installation location by running an Obstructions Test, considering the height and dish orientation while performing tests.
🔹Identify suitable locations for the WiFi mesh system and potential access points installation to support network expansion.
🔹Determine the outdoor-indoor vable path with customer's permission.

After the site survey. an installation plan is developed and sent to the customer for review and approval. Once approved and the equipment are confirmed onsite, our team coordinated the installation schedule with our Starlink installers in Pittsburgh, PA.

Our professional Starlink installers arrived onsite to perform the following scope of work:

🔹Starlink Dish Installation and cable routing: Install Starlink Standard Dish on the right-side fascia of the home using a standard wall mount, to provide a secure hold and proper elevation for a clear line of sight. The Starlink cable exits the base of the dish and is routed neatly down the exterior wall toward the service entry point. It is secured using cable clips fastened at regular intervals.

• Router Placement (Living Room): The Starlink Gen 3 Router must be installed in the living room, where one of the TVs will be connected. There are already existing holes available in this area, which is use to run and drop the cables cleanly and professionally.

• Basement Hardwired Setup: In the basement, a hardwire network of the TV, Xbox and PC using raceways for a clean, organized setup that ensures the most stable and reliable connection.  These will be connected using a 50ft Cat5e cable that runs back to the Starlink Router. A POE switch will be used to support and distribute the wired connections efficiently.

Following the installation of the Starlink equipment, a Starlink Alignment Test is performed to verify the precise positioning of the dish relative to the Starlink satellite network. This test confirms that the dish is properly aligned and has a clear line of sight to maintain reliable connectivity and optimal network performance.

To check the the internet performance, the Starlink speed test is performed to measure the download speed, upload speed and latency.
