Our certified network engineers received a service request for Starlink and WiFi installation in Paradise Hills, NM for a residential property. To process the service request, the following steps were carried out:
An initial offsite assessment was conducted to gather the customer’s requirements for the Starlink installation and evaluate the property’s structural layout and site conditions. Our team assess the installation points, mounting hardware, cable routing path, installation equipment and materials needed.

Following the Starlink equipment installation, a Starlink alignment test was conducted to fine-tune the positioning of the dish towards the satellite network. This test is critical for maintaining strong and uinterrupted signal.
Then, the Starlink speed tests were done after installation to verify the Starlink internet performance through the metrics of download speed, upload speed and latency.
It is important to note that the Starlink connection may require up to 12 hours to reach optimal performance after installation.
