An initial offsite assessment was conducted using satellite imagery and onsite photos provided by the customer. This step allows to evaluate the property's structure, identify nearby obstructions, installation points, suitable mounting hardware and plan the best cable route. Plugged in the cable to the router and the power supply. Powered on the router, activated the Starlink and configured the WiFi settings.
Then, the customer was provided with a walkthrough on how to manage the Starlink internet through Starlink app.
Following the Starlink dish installation, our team carried out a Starlink alignment test to fine-tune the positioning of the dish. This procedure validated that the dish has an unobstructed line of sight to the Starlink satellite network, which is critical for maintaining strong signal.
Then, the Starlink speed test was done twenty minutes after installation to verify the Starlink internet performance through the metrics of download speed, upload speed and latency.
It is important to note that it takes upto 12 hours to achieve optimal speeds.
