Our certified network engineers received a service request for Starlink and wireless network installation in Clovis, CA. To process the service request, the following steps were carried out:
An initial offsite assessment was conducted using satellite imagery and onsite photos provided by the customer. This step allows to evaluate the property's structure, identify nearby obstructions, installation points, suitable mounting hardware and plan the best cable route. This step also helps to identify the needed materials, equipments and tools for an efficient onsite installation.

Following the Starlink dish installation, our team carried out a Starlink alignment test to fine-tune the positioning of the dish. This procedure validated that the dish has an unobstructed line of sight to the Starlink satellite network, which is critical for maintaining strong signal.
Then, the Starlink speed test was done after installation to verify the Starlink internet performance through the metrics of download speed, upload speed and latency.
