The installation team securely mounted the Starlink dish using the Starlink Standard Wall Mount, which offers a durable, elevated platform designed to ensure structural stability and optimal performance.
Next, they routed the cable from the rooftop dish to the designated indoor location for the Gen3 WiFi mesh router. They connected the Starlink cable and power adapter to the router and powered on the system. With the hardware setup complete, they initiated the activation process and guided the customer through configuring the network name (SSID) and password via their Starlink account.
In addition, customer was guided through the Starlink App, demonstrating key features such as performance monitoring, device management, and basic troubleshooting.
Following the successful installation of the Starlink equipment, the team carried out a Starlink alignment test to verify that the satellite dish was correctly oriented. This test is essential to confirm that the dish maintains a clear and stable connection with the Starlink satellite network.
