1. Installation Assessment and Planning

• Inspect the existing dish and provide a condition assessment. Confirm the type of mount installed.
• Outline the removal process, including safe disconnection of cabling, dismantling of the dish/mount, and adherence to commercial site safety protocols.
• Identify any repair or restoration work that may be required post-removal (e.g., resealing penetrations, patching roof membrane, restoring protective coatings).

After the site visit assessment, the SMEs submitted an installation proposal for the customer’s review and approval as shown in the image below.

A. Existing Dish Removal:

• Starlink Dish Installation – Mount the Starlink Performance Dish using non-penetrating roof mount with blocks.

• Starlink Cable Management – Route the Starlink cable from the dish through a clean entry point sealed using a sealing grommet and adhesive sealant to prevent moisture ingress and maintain a watertight barrier. From inside, run the cable through the metal framing through the existing conduits or truss lines running to the MDF location where advanced power supply will be setup.

• Advanced Power Supply – Install the Starlink Advanced Power Supply in the MDF/server room.
• Ethernet Cable – Terminate the Starlink Performance Gen3 using Ethernet cable connection directly to the client’s firewall to establish the internet connection.

3. Starlink Optimization and Performance Testing

Following the Starlink dish installation, the team carried out a Starlink alignment test to verify precise dish alignment for strong signal reception.

The team performed speed test as shown in the image below.
